  1. Submit a Ticket: Fill out the support form with details of the issue you're experiencing. Include the make and model of the product you have purchased. Please have your purchase date, invoice or builder information available.

  2. Ticket Generation: Your submission creates a support ticket. New or repeat submissions cancel your previous place in the queue.

  3. Support Contact: A Nomadic Innovations technician will contact you within one business day of ticket submission.

  4. Schedule a Call: The technician will schedule a convenient time to address the product issues. This call will be followed up by an email that explains the rest of our process.

  5. Prepare for Call: Have your product nearby, necessary tools ready, and an overview of the issue prepared for troubleshooting.
